1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the ProNexus platform, including ERP, CRM, document management, finance, inventory, production, audit and related operational features.

2. Business account and users

Each user account is associated with a business workspace. Operational data created, uploaded or processed inside a workspace belongs to the relevant business, subject to the applicable agreement and law. Users invited by a business act under that business account and must comply with its internal policies and assigned permissions.

3. Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, upload unlawful content or process data without proper authorization from the relevant business.

4. Security and credentials

Users are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Businesses are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and permissions to their users.

5. Service availability

ProNexus aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, hosting issues or external provider failures may affect availability.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProNexus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of business or loss of data caused by misuse, misconfiguration or unauthorized access outside ProNexus control.

7. Changes to these terms

ProNexus may update these Terms of Service. When changes are material, users may be required to accept the updated version before continuing to use the platform.
